Our Story
We are a group of business, marketing, and content creation professionals who came together to provide expert, thoroughly researched, unbiased opinions and advice to business owners to assist and guide them, ultimately increasing their profits, and giving them more time to enjoy their life, providing a new peace of mind. We have been servicing client accounts since June of 2007.
Along the way, we discovered that none of this matters if the business owner doesn’t have the time to add “one more thing to their ‘to do’ list,” so we began offering different plans for hands-on implementation, starting with a free business checkup.

Our Associates
AAI draws on a vast pool of senior executive associates, creative talent, and miscellaneous vendors to address the diverse needs of its clients and the many different industries they represent. Our talented associates have helped companies that produce motion pictures and television programs, medical research laboratories, manufacturers, printing companies, health clubs, e-commerce startups, construction companies, restaurants, software designers, fast food franchises, mechanical engineers and even political campaigns.
Susan Albershardt
Principal
Susan Albershardt’s insight is based on her experience holding executive positions at Fortune 300 companies and small startups, in industries as diverse as motion picture and television production, advertising, software technologies, and state government.
She has been a professor at Full Sail University since 2009 teaching media marketing and distribution, creative presentation, and creative writing. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication from Rollins College, a Masters degree in Business Administration from the Crummer Graduate School of Business, and a Master of Fine Art’s degree in Creative Writing from Full Sail University.
Susan is a senior executive associate accredited by the Institute for Independent Business International (IIB). Through Susan’s affiliation with the IIB, she regularly calls on any one of more than 5,000 international experts accredited by the Institute to implement a winning solution for any problem AAI’s clients are confronted with.
